Please contact our butcher shop Seattle WA any time as we would love to help you get set up with the package, box or items that are going to fit your household the best! Text or email is great if you have a short question, as I’m out in the field, moving livestock, or shifting meat around in our freezers quite often. If you call and we don’t answer, definitely leave a voicemail and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. The best email is office@farmfreshnwdelivery.com and the office phone number is 360-502-3319 for both calls or texts.
We strive to provide the best customer service of any farm or butcher shop Seattle WA and all of Washington. We recognize the fact that most butchers aren’t great at customer service, lack communication or systems to provide prompt friendly service.
We want you to get set up with the correct meat subscription box or the correct single order item. The nice thing about our service is that you have full control over the frequency and size of your order. If you want to get a regular order coming each month or every other month, that works great for us. If you want to treat it like you would at your local butcher shop Seattle WA area, and just drop in the website and order one time orders here and there throughout the year, that is also a great option for us! We want it to work for each household. We also want to provide the correct quantity of pasture raised meat for your household as well. If you’re a family that eats beef 3 times a week and goes through a good amount of ground, you’ll probably want to order a ½ beef. If you are a couple that enjoys high quality meat packed with flavor once or twice per week, you might want to do a 10 lb package monthly rather than committing to a ¼ or ½. If you don’t use any roasts, brisket, short ribs or ground beef, you might want to do our Dry Aged Steak only package.
Feel free to reach out at any point and let us help you narrow down to the package that will fit your house the best! When raising cattle and pigs on pasture in Washington State, we want to not only provide the best meat quality in Washington, we want to go above and beyond to provide the best service as well! Your butcher shop Seattle WA cannot compete with the family farm that raises everything on pasture with non-gmo feed. The pork in the stores and Seattle Washington butcher shops, comes from the large feed barns and then through the large slaughterhouses in the Midwest and shipped into the distributors in the northwest. All these commodity hogs are fed a corn/soy mix. We are avoiding soy in our beef and pork and especially with the pork, we want to keep that extra estrogen from the soy, out of your family’s food supply.
In addition to the soy/corn mix, the commodity beef and pork are both getting a hormone implant in order for them to get to finishing weight a few weeks earlier. Allowing them to push more livestock through their barns or feed lots throughout the year. We don’t give our livestock hormone implants, antibiotics or soy! With this USDA inspected requirement it only leaves a few suppliers of beef or pork in the northwest to provide for the butcher shop Seattle WA area. Since we have the animals from birth and have relationships built with the smaller usda inspected butcher facilities, we are able to supply less than a quarter beef, directly to you as a consumer, without having to rely on the large slaughter houses to provide us with certain cuts. Although it would be nice to have unlimited source of Ribeyes and T-bones, our customers enjoy getting new cuts of beef in their monthly boxes. It stretches them to find to new recipes or experience cuts packed with flavor that they either don’t see in the grocery stores or butcher shops in Seattle Washington, or wouldn’t necessarily choose at the store because they aren’t familiar with the cut. There are a lot of great steak cuts that aren’t in stores or butcher shop Seattle WA regularly. We get 14-15 cuts of steak on a beef and you typically only see 6 or 7 different cut types in grocery stores.
Once you select your package and frequency that fits you best, you’ll make it to our checkout page. You can either enter your address to set up delivery, or if its going to be a few weeks out and you live fairly close to our Marysville warehouse, you can choose our pick up option. We offer pick up each Friday, excluding holidays, at our warehouse. This allows you to get product without having to wait 3-4 weeks, depending on the timing of your order. In order to keep delivery costs down, we deliver each area once per month. It is all based on where you live. So for example most of Bothell and Mill creek are the 2nd Wednesday of the month, so if you put your first order in on that day or a couple days after delivery just happened, it’ll be delivered the following month. We are looking for long time, long term customers, for us we want the long term relationship. So it doesn’t matter exactly when you start, but we do understand the excitement of the first order and you wanting to get it a little sooner, which is why we have started offering the pick up option. Also with the monthly delivery, if you forget to add some things for company coming over, the pick up option allows you a chance to get those links or burgers or holiday meat in time for the guests.
Once you complete checkout, you’ll be logged into your account automatically. This is where you can enter your cut preferences. We don’t guarantee the preferences, but we will try to send them as often as possible. That way everyone is getting more of what they like and what they are used to cooking. Also right when you complete checkout you’ll be sent a welcome email along with an email with a temporary password.
